MUTTON BIRYANI (sold as cold): Delicious basmati rice slowly cooked together with tender pieces of mutton (bone less) & aromatic spices along with a boiled egg. Storage: Store in dry & cool below 8c and keep refrigerated Microwave Heating Guide: Remove the lid and takeout the boiled egg (don’t heat with boiled egg). Heat the Biryani on full power (800/900W) for 2-3 mins. OR, alternatively, transfer it to a Microwavable plate and take out the boiled egg and heat the Biryani on full power (800/900W) for 2-3 mins. If you like to warm the boiled egg up you then can leave the boiled egg in a hot boiling water for 1-2 minutes and take it and add it to the Biryani. Transfer the mutton gravy to a Microwavable container and heat it on full power (800/900W) just for 20 Sec and add it to the Biryani to max the taste. Recommendation: Consume within three hours once heated. Don’t reheat it again. Warning: the food may be very hot when you take out it from the Microwave so leave it for a while before serving. Don’t keep heating too long with the container provided with the Biryani as it may start melting because the container is plastic.
